Yes they are assembled at the plant in Flat Rock, MI. That plant also used to produce the Mazda6 as Ford/Mazda jointly owned it but that's over now. Fusion will be built there too starting in 2014.

According to my Subject Matter Specialist all Mustangs are built in the Metro Detroit area: up until the 2004 model year, Ford Mustangs were built at the Rouge plant; the newer models are built in Flat Rock, MI.
