When was Price Level 045 issued and what were the changes on it?
I believe the gas fee was changed from 2 gals at $2.29 to 16 gal @ $2.64 and the FDAF fee was increased from $450 to $600. Anything else?

I believe FDAF cost varies by region.

I had $600 on my spread sheet but when my dealer put my order in FDAF was only $450 (NE Wisconsin).

FDAF for 2011 dropped to $450 from $600. The FDAF for the first 2010's was $450, but increased to $600 sometime in the fall I believe.

 

Yes, I forgot to state my sales manager also said FDAF can vary based on time of year (adjusts based on Ford's actual advertising budget at different times of the year). He did say it CAN vary based on region too.
