Post Oil Change

So I've had my V6 for a couple months now and decided to change the oil after 1,100 miles. I realize some folks think that it's unnecessary to change the oil this early due to improvements in technology, but I preferred to change it anyhow. After the change to Mobil1 5W 20 synthetic, I'm noticing that the car is running smoother, and is more responsive when I hit the gas. Thought I'd share.

That's called the "placebo" effect...

And there is a thread on here showing that there is a significant amount of break-in wear metal in the oil early on, so early oil change is still a good idea, even with the improved technology.
