I think it's absolutely horrible and you should totally do it. One of the things that makes our stangs so wonderful is that we customize and make them our own, make them US. You like them, then get them. Also, if you have a wife that shares in your mustang passion, that is something rare and to be encouraged. Give her all the stickers she wants!!!! :-)

 

I ordered the stickers or should I say sticker. I was stupid and only ordered the right side sticker. Didn't realize that you had to order left and right. I thought that they came as a pair. Anyway I have the right and the left is now on order. Will take at least a week to get it in. Will post pictures of it then.

This is the wife's car and she wants it to be unique and not like all the others and she thinks the stickers will make it that way. I told her the 5.0 on the side does pretty much the same thing for this year.

 

You might also try putting them in place with just a couple pieces of masking tape first (don't take them off the backing), to check the fit and see if she likes them there. You could try the rocker panels, the bottom edge of the door, the lower crease in the door... be creative!

Does anyone have a source for purchasing the door decal of the running ponys? I desperately need to find them. I was told Ford no longer carries them.
