POLICE Interceptor Mode MUSTANG!

Finally got all the parts for my winter tire/wheel setup. Threw it all together today to make sure everything fits.

Wheels are from the new Ford Police Interceptor (with modified center bore), including the Ford chrome center caps. Tires are Nokian Hakkapeliitta R2.

You need a blue light to put on top.

Yeah I'm pretty pleased with how everything came out. Wasn't sure how good it would look at first.

Tint out the windows and get a push bar and you'll be done, haha.

I need to pick up a set of extra wheels too, will be driving my Mustang all winter too.

I can't decide if I like it lol. You definitely need to pick up the "Police Interceptor" emblem now though... A push bar on front with limo tint would be awesome. xD

It's not working for me. Maybe if the car were plain black or white. or both.

BTW, The Blower on Mad Max's (last of the V8 Interceptor's as coined in Mad Max 2: Road Warrior) was never functional. It was sporting the 351 Cleveland though.

Tough looking wheels. I wish the cops in my state drove Mustangs! It looks like Dodge has a lot of the contracts. Dodge chargers are everywhere.

lol it looks nice!! Perfect choice for a winter wheel/tire set up. Keep it simple and functional.

Summer sure is quickly coming to an end!

Really liking the look! Kinda glad I don't have to deal with switching over to winter tires. Our winters are usually 7 days long and not consecutive. But the summers can get brutal and seem to last 6-7 months. LOL

What did you have to do to modify the center bore on the wheels?

Needed to be bigger. Had a machine shop throw them on a lathe to open them up.
