Well hopefully it was an illegal. If the other driver wasn't legal then his insurance will have to pay for it...

When my wife was still my GF, she totaled her Focus into the back of a couple illegals stopped on a busy highway around a curve.
While the wreck was completely her fault, she technically wasn't at fault and her insurance paid for it in full. The illegals also were arrested and deported. -_-

He was stopped because he was speeding, but you can hear him explain to the officer that some idiots were basically trying to run him off the road and throwing beer bottles at his car. There's no way he was going to get a ticket.
