I am undecided about whether or not I like tire shine, but I am unaware of anything else that protects as well against dry rot. Here it is so dry, tires can become useless well before the tread wears down, if you do not care for them.

Hmmm, dry rot. Do the other sidewalls do this, you know, the sides facing inside the wheelwell. Do you apply this wheel shine there too?

Sorry, was side tracked by the usefulness of wheelshine to traction on lowered cars. Here's my '07 with the full FRPP, springs, struts, bars. Big drop, over an inch. Car would beat your kidneys to death.

I have the Ford Racing M300K or whatever springs. Lowered it 1.5 inches. Cant tell a difference in ride, maybe less body roll. its great.
