Correct, you can only get the Charcoal Black w/Cashmere accent strip with Red Candy Metallic. Race Red lets you get the Brick Red interior. Here's something close to what it will look like.

That's actually a 2010 in Torch Red, but Race Red would look about the same in that shot. I'm getting the Race Red with Brick Red interior in mine.

Race Red reminds me of the old Rangoon Red that they had in 65. I'd like to get my 65 painted in that some day.

I'm also going to order some red floor mats to add a little more red to the interior. You'd bee surprized how much a little "mod" like that will make to your interior! lol

For me, it's the opposite. In my opinion, the red steering wheel is overkill and would keep me from getting the red interior. Imagine how nasty that wheel could possibly look after 10 years or so of dirt/dust/greasy hands/sun fading.
