How easily should the rubber isolator that fits on top of the coil spring spin? Ordered a set, they came in today, and when I was unpacking them I noticed that on one strut mount, the rubber isolator is very difficult to turn while on the other strut mount, the isolator spins very easily.

And as I mentioned, the other isolator is very difficult to spin. Just want to make sure neither of them are screwed up before I throw them on the car this weekend.
