Parking lot rules
#21
I carry paper bags of dog poop around in my trunk. When I park, I place them out around the car and set them on fire. It discourages people from parking next to me and also makes it easy to find my car at night in a crowded parking lot. My car doesnt smell very good and my wife wont ride with me. But those are the small sacrifices I am willing to make to avoid parking lot rash.

I just park far away where most people are too lazy to walk from and hope for the best.

It was me ;-)
I park next to other Mustangs every chance I get.
I park 3 spaces past the last car in the row... hoping to avoid drawing the unwanted attention of haters.
... and I call it part of the Mustang workout: walking from the distant parking spot, massaging various potions on the exterior, contorting to clean the interior, hefting the off-season wheels & tires, and crunching the abs during every launch.

Yes, it's the price we pay for driving a cool car.
Bahahahaa.....
I forgot one thing I do too, I usually round up all the shopping carts in the general area and park them up a curb or planter so they can't roll away. I will save other cars too if I happen to walk by a loose cart. I figure it's good "car-ma".

1. Park away from everyone but not too far that the car stands out or is out of view from everyone than it's subject to be vandalized .
2.Find an end spot and favor towards as much as you can to the end side.
3.don't park under trees or power lines
4.try to park upgrade so a stray cart doesn't get you
5.if there is a car next to you park on the passenger side.
6. Stay away from minivans and large SUVs
7.I don't like to let it sit there too long 1-2 hours then I have to go. If I'm going somewhere for a longer time I bring the DD.
8.stay away from kids hang outs some parking lots there are areas that are hang outs.
9.collect any shopping carts around me
10.if anyone says nice car always smile and say thank you .
11.don't take up 2 spots some people think it's their duty to punish the offender even though your parked in another time zone from everyone else.
12.always assume no one has common sense when it comes to car courtesy.
Yes I'm a sick bastard and this is the process I go through when I have to park. I sometimes park it, get out analyze the situation then get back in and move it till I'm more comfortable where I park it.
