Owned my 5.0 a year today!!

I've drove it for 10,039.7 miles which is 836.6/month. I wanted to go less than 1K, so I'm good. Sure has been a fun year!!!

Congrats Eli! Sounds like you've been able to do a good bit of driving without going buck wild on the mileage.

Thanks!

Jay, I just don't have many places I wish to go, now. Im also the guy that can make do on $100/month on gas. I would like to keep my miles down since I hope to have this car for life.

I know, i know it ain't Florida winters, but EH, no hurricanes, no tornados, no earthquakes, and nice women !!!!!
Seriously, haven't done much driving since getting her last summer....too darn busy with everything else. But everytime i go out for a drive, it's a blast. Quality over quantity in my case.

Well done! Time flies when you are having fun

I turned 14000 miles on Sunday (1 year old in Jul) while on the Fall club cruise in the Black Hills. We did around 110 miles, on two lane twisties. I love this 6 speed!

I have 2200 miles in 4months and i barely drive the car. 1030miles in 16months...why you even need a car? Avg 64 miles in a month= you drive the car 2 hours a month....what a waste with all that mods you done to the car.

Mine was built 9/30/10 but I didn't get it until 10/26/10. What date should I use as her bday? lol

My car's b-day is 5/20/10. That's when she was built. I just took ownership of her on 10/4/10.

I say use build date. I didn't type, 'my car's b-day'.

I don't see it that way at all, to me it's just a week-end toy that's paid for. I have other toys and don't have much time on my hands to start with. I have a few car friends that are in the same boat like me, we use them whenever we can and enjoy the hell outta them. If i wish i had more time.....you betcha.

Mike, I bought it pre-owned, so it wasn't 'ordered'. Don't think that's entirely what you meant, though. I'd change not a thing!! Wanted a black car for a long time. When I saw the title post on CL, just guessed it had black interior. If could chose, would be tan. It has tan! If I sat down & ordered a car, 99% sure this would be it.

Now, 1 year out talking. I would be happy if it had factory alarm. Would mind the reverse sensing thing. Not sure if the 11's had it? My car is pretty much perfect as is, to me. Was in the right place @ the right time to find it!

My car's build date: 10/10/10 - I thought that was pretty cool!
