I know yall are just trying to help, but can someone explain to me how bolts will fly off my car if I leave muffler connection bolts 2 rotations loose? They are secured to the hangars and they are still connected to my pipes.

Maybe I am just a idiot?

Hey THE ACE..... i have done the same thing to my mustang last week.... I removed both my mufflers...but i got the muffler shop to connect pipes to the rear end and put on 2 tips....

Yeah I get the same, I love that sound. It is the sound of free flowing exhaust. I put my mufflers back on and I tightened the bolts because I like having a quiet car once again.

A leaky exhaust doesn't sound good... tighten those bolts up!

My bad bro, I meant leave your parents car alone lol
but seriously these are cars not toys you def. should do research before deciding on taking a socket to your car.
The fact that you actually thought leaving bolts loose on your vibrating all the time muffler was a good idea says alot about mechanical ability.

I appreciate your advice, I just got a feeling you were being a little harsh so I bite back. Forgive me.

I did take your advice, I tightened the bolts, thanks again.

A lot of people will be a little harsh to you on here.. I know it sucks but people try to be helpful in a rude way some times and then get offended by you saying something back. It's happened to me many times.
