not available to update SYNC
Hi, I'm a 2012 mustang GT user i Japan.
Ford's official dealer have been withdrawn from Japan, so I ask someone to help my trouble.
I want to update SYNC system because the bluetooth is sometimes disconnected.
I try to update SYNC system following the official webpage*, but the updating is not started and the message "File Not Found" is expressed on the screen. (and there are some voice sound.)

What I want to ask you is that 2012 mustang is not supported to the latest sync program we can get on the official website ?
And If I cannot use latest SYNC, is all I have to do that I reset SYNC program?
