We already have an pump for the lumbar. Simply install two bladders in the bolsters. My dad's 545i has this feature and it's really nice.

Recaros would be nice but would probably be a 2-3K option.

The seats look like a carry over except for the pattern to me.

Similar, but the stitching is different on the sides and the seat.

Thats what I meant by pattern. Sorry should have also said contrast stitching.
