Looks like they are using a better quality leather.

 

Door panels are nice,like an old 911.

Is it just me or do they look to have better side bolstering then the current car!?

 

The seats remind me of the ones out of the GT500/Bullitt, with the extra side bolstering.

 

Is it me, or does that center console have no arm rest?

 

Wonder if that console would retrofit in our cars?

 

Looks like the center console IS the armrest. Look at it in relation to the passenger door armrest. They appear to be on the same relative level...

Yup. The article confirmed what I thought my eyes were telling me. Glad they put such thought and effort into the interior this time around. From what we've seen so far, looks like they did well.

Still want to see the interior with the new nav system, though. Not a deal maker/breaker if cc is available w/o nav, but from what Brad showed of the new nav, it's awfully tempting...

Seats look great, but it looks like they are still lacking decent bolstering.

 

Not to start a flame war but remember its a $20K car that has to accommodate all kinds of butts in it. We'd all like it to have support like these:

But it ain't gonna happen.

 

I think it has pretty decent bolstering, but since the center console has been raised it looks smaller

 

Easy and relatively cheap solution.....Inflatible bolsters.
