new to the site

i am new to this site , looking to order a 2011 mustang gtcs either in grabber blue or race red , just checked the ford website for offers , what is promotional retail bonus customer cash?

Its a "promotion" were a "retail" "customer" gets a rebate ("bonus") "cash" offer.

They lower the price of the car hoping you will buy one...
