I noticed there was a bit of a hoopla when Need for Speed showed off the hero car but hadn't seen anything since. I just got up on Apple Trailers and saw this : http://trailers.apple.com/trailers/d.../needforspeed/ . IMO it looks like a completely awful movie.

 

I will spend my money to see Rush

That's what I am thinking, I can handle Fast and Furious, but the trailer really was atrocious.

 

Breaking Bad actor's leading role low rent action movie. I don't think this could be more over-the-top BAD if it was a remake of 'Springtime for Hitler' from 'The Producers'...

Somehow I don't envision audiences returning to their seats after heading to the exit. Then again we are on what iteration of the Fast & Furious genre? (Face palm)

 

Looks as bad a Getaway! Word to the wise, DO NOT PAY TO WATCH THAT MOVIE! Thank goodness I did not! lol

Wondering how some 4 banger cop car could even "try" to keep up with a supersnake! lol Could not wait for that movie to end! What a joke! I did not know you could make tires chirp on ice, gravel, or what not......I could go on but I will stop lol

 

I agree the movie doesn't look very good but when you start picking on Mel Brooks well that's an entirely different story!!!

 

Not picking on, just citing an example of contrived performance. Perhaps I should have quoted Leonard Pinth Garnell instead?

 

It didn't bother you the same that they show Charger's keeping up with a Bugatti Veyron Super Sport, on a twisty road. Ludicrous is what that it.
