I am happy the way the S197 progressed..
I agree on the size of the new Challenger. Looks good but too big and heavy. The Camaro has horrible interior visibility - like sitting in a chop-top hotrod. Plus the dash and interior of the Camaro is horrendous! Ford lucked out with the S197 because they were not held to the window glass proportion regulations that Chrysler and Chevy got. This won't be the same with the next Mustang though...

That being said, if someone dropped off a Loaded RS/SS Camaro in Inferno Orange with silver stripes, or a Loaded SRT-392 Chally in Black in my driveway, handed me the keys and said "it's already paid off, just enjoy it" I wouldn't say no in the least. Right now, these three are the pinnacle of american rowdiness in cars, and I love all three.

Couldn't agree more! I just like the Mustang best for my aforementioned reasons. If someone wants to give me a Camaro I'll take the new Z28!

Ding ding ding! You win, best answer. Wish I'd thought of that...

I was this close to getting a 2011 Challenger RT 'classic' with the rally side stripes and chrome version of bullitts...

Then I stepped into a Ford dealer just to see the Mustang and to compare... It was no comparison.

Good choice. The S197 rides just as well as the big floaty LX car, and rotates way better.

That's one of the reasons I didn't get the Challenger.

When you get to a certain level of any walk of life, you're going to run into people who think their **** doesn't stink. It's part of life. He may be a premium quality *******, but he's good at what he does. So is his shop.
