My new Mustang

My new Mustang
So, I traded in my '06 GT eight months ago for a '10 Challenger Rt. The challenger was a nice car, and had many up-sides, but I couldn't "fall in love" with the car like I had with my Mustang. So after much debate, I traded in the Chally for a '14 GT premium, and man does it feel good. I felt out of place in the challenger, and it didn't thrill me the way my mustang had. Getting into the drivers seat of the mustang today just felt right. In a weird way, I feel like I'm "back in the fight" if that makes any sense to anyone. I'm pleased with the 5.0, the suspension, and the interior. After driving the Challenger, I was expecting to have my back broken by the '14, but I didn't. The ride is actually pretty comfortable, leaps and bounds over the ride quality of my '06. In fact, everything about this car just generally seems better than my '06. I'm impressed. First thing I did was tints. Next step: wheels/tires from AM. Thanks for reading guys!

Had my new Black '14 GT for 10 days now, great car, tons better performance than even a SRT8 Challenger.
Now, while I think the Mustang looks really great, the Challenger is just down right art on wheels. Would be a world beater if it was about 500-600 pounds lighter.
Anyway, congrats on the new ride!

Thank you! And yeah, the Challenger was a very practical ponycar: comfortable, roomy, huge trunk. Looks are sharp, and attention-grabbing for sure, but to compete with the others, it needed alot more $$$ than I was willing to invest in it. Plus, the interior put me to sleep, and that's not conducive to driving! :P

Thanks! Here in Jersey, it's hit or miss whether or not the cops give a d*** about tints, but I couldn't care less. They definitely pull the look together.

I contemplated the manual, but I'm routinely sitting in traffic, and don't feel like dealing with the manual ALL the time. I was thinking Pypes pype bombs, do you have the Gt500's? How do you like them?
