It *was* secured properly before the event, but the course was so bumpy that apparently I bottomed out pretty hard somewhere and the bolts ripped through the fascia. After the event I was able to secure it better and get it straightened back up. The problem with that is that on Monday on my way home from work a concrete paving stone was in the middle of the highway and broke the splitter clear through in two different places. I've got the GT-CS/Boss front fascia on the way and will be installing that this weekend, so the old splitter is in the trash.
