My 2012 Kona w/saddle photo shoot

Hi all. Been checking out a few different mustang forums since I picked her up last year, and decided to join this one as I found y'all very informative and liked the general camaraderie and everyones friendly attitude on here!

2012 V6 with the performance package. Ordered her middle of aug 2011 and was delivered middle of Oct. I was pleasantly surprised that it took only two months. Eastcourt Ford out here in Toronto was fantastic to deal with, and the sales rep is a super nice dude.

I contemplated long and hard if I should pony up (no pun intended ) the extra $7 grand for the GT, and a lil part of me still wishes I could have, but the performance package on the 6 is fantastic and so much fun to drive. All my past cars have been around 150 hp front wheel drives so over 300 in this is a big jump for me and I can see myself getting into serious trouble and be over my head with the power the GT puts down.

As for the color choice....a couple years back while browsing thru the ford showroom I saw a white stang with the saddle interior. Ever since then I told myself that if I ever got a mustang it will have to be with the saddle interior, and I just love the Kona as well.

Also glad I got the 2012 and not a 2013, the performance package wheels on the 2013 aren't the greatest looking wheels and imho the 2012 wheels look way better. Anyways, here are some pics I took last year right after I picked her up, and a couple this past winter with the snow tires on. Looking forward to being a part of this forum!

Maybe run into you through the Greater Toronto Area Mustang Club (GTAMC). Several events and cruises throughout the summer. Be worth checking out the website if you haven't yet. Very nice Mustang bythe way.

I agree, I think the 11-12 Performance Package wheels are a lot nicer than the 13's...I get a lot of compliments on them...
