I say this is one of the best Mustangs ever made. No doubt.

They are so easy to work on and offer great bang for buck. My 2010:



And the 2011 Mustang:

Both cars are really good.

Yeah I love red. My '13 I think stickered close to $39k. It's a Premium and had just a couple of options. So clearly the price was heading up fast by the end of the S197 run.

I would say the 2010 will be a more reliable car long term because unfortunately the 2011s had numerous common issues. But, that Coyote horsepower up high in the RPM band was hard to resist!

My son buying his first car ever, a new to him 2011 5.0 GT, I believe it had just under 56K miles (90,000KMS) when he got it in Nov 2025.  He has it stored for the winter.

Very clean looking 2011! Nice car should give him lots of years ahead if he respects the power. Congrats, that is a great find! Even in the best color!
