i disagree. the lines of this stand is pretty amazing.

hips would look too bulky on this car.


i feel a very substantial redesign is needed for hips to work.

I don't know about others here, but if this was refined a little bit, as in the rear fenders smoothly flowing and also behind the door, I'd be all over it like a cheap suit!!

I do believe that the 2010 stang will look awesome.

 

That is truly an awesome looking mustang!
That is the route that Ford needs to keep going towards, instead of some euro italian narrow look.

Interesting to see some 05-09 stangs with hips, now that we know ours will have hips. That 3rd pic looks extremely muscular. I'd be really happy if the 2010 looks 25% as muscular underneath the camo-paint. (That one is a little over-the-top for stock..)

They made the HIPS by cutting into the door then curved them up into the current lines...smart.

 

looking at the two compared i really am likeing the new front end on that gt500.

the rear end that everyone is complaing about with the new sticking out, it does not look as drastic when compared to the current model.

 

Awhile back I used MS Paint to show how easily they could add hips just by shaving the door, guess I'm smarter than I thought.

 

it looks good from that angle but no so much from the front.
