I have nothing against the guy on a personal level. I don't go around calling him a troll. I don't cry because he doesn't agree with my opinions. He's obviously passionate about his views and I respect that, even if I don't agree with them.

Sadly, the same can't be said about him. You can see how upset he gets because he starts calling me a baby and a troll when I post something and he doesn't agree. The only way we'll ever "get along" is if he can start acting a bit more mature and start accepting other people's opinions.

 

 

And constantly provoking people is mature? In which way? Perhaps you should try to be a little more positive rather than responding to just about every post in a negative way.

Me provoking him? That's a laugh. If anything, he's trying to provoke me all the time. He has constantly tried to tell me why my opinion is wrong and called me a baby, troll, etc...

I've never seen someone so much on the defensive, but I guess that's what happens when the majority of people don't see things the way he does.... but because I'm vocal about the things I don't like on the 2010, he focuses on me.

I apologize for my actions in the other thread about deleting my Posts.

I am not the only one that Steven Provokes, there are a lot of other guys here that feel the same way about his posts. He is negative All The Time! Unfortunately they just post that he is a Troll and ignore him, and yes I am Guilty of joining in calling him a Troll myself, but I didn't start that, someone else did. Where he gets me calling him a Baby, I have no clue? Childish yes, a Baby, no. I have questioned his age to which he responded by provoking me about something else.

I re-posted my reply about the Wheel Lips in the thread he started. I was going to just let it go and Ignore him, but since he felt the need to call me out, saying I never responded, because he never got to read it since you deleted it. But as of now I am done letting him irritate me.

Like a bad pair of underwear, he just rubs me the wrong way, every time.

You're both extremely opinionated, and there's nothing wrong with that. However, it's your separate tactics that seem to set each other off. You've each figured out exactly how to push each other's buttons and you've been relentlessly jabbing at them ever since. Like an old married couple or something.

I know that I've had my fair share of back-and-forth with you, Steven, and believe me, it's a hell of a lot easier to just let it go. For what it's worth, I never had a problem with your opinion itself, rather the way you go immediately to the demeaning, snarky response if someone misinterprets your post. Rather than correcting them politely, you dive straight into insulting their intelligence with the "reading comprehension" bit. That's what I didn't care for. I made the mistake of taking it personally and replying in kind, thus getting myself dragged right into this mess. Fortunately, I realized it's a hell of a lot easier to just walk away and let things die down a bit.

A little more civility on each side is all we need here.

There are a few people on this forum with extremely thin skin.

If you actually go back and read what I've posted, 99% of the time my posts are a response to someone else bashing me or my opinions. But guess what? That's okay because I have a thick skin and I can deal with it. As for TampaBear...he can try to push my buttons all day long but I only laugh about it without getting upset. It is clear from his posts that he honestly gets upset about our debates, by the way he types his posts. So don't try to demonize me because of his thin skin.
