I love how the camaro guys always give me crap at car shows. They love to boast when their up, but can't take it when they are losing.
Mind you I don't give a crap what you drive (as long as it not Japanese) they always seem to be on the offensive. When push comes to shove I remind them that I drove an American car made here in America.

I drive by a Chevy dealer, and I have seen the same Camaros sitting on the line for at least three months. Of course the colors of some of them could be the reason..ugh!

1982-1986, aka, the Mullet years
I kid though, the 82 to 92 were actually good looking cars for thier time and offered a really good chassis. They really hit the sweet spot when it came to size and weight (which is about where Mustang is sitting right now).
GM made some crazy packaging descions like the single exhuast system and that vertical fuel tank along with stuffing the AC evaporator under the hood rather than the passenger compartment nd GM's reliance on its recirculating ball steering instead of a more direct rack & pinion.
Interior styling like the new car was a love it or hate it affair
Otherwise it was a good car.

Here in Huntsville, Toyota's engine plant , called Toyota Motor Manufacturing Alabama, builds V6 and V8 engines for Tacoma and Tundra pickup trucks and Sequoia full-size sport utility vehicles by 918 workers.

I'm glad to see ford do well by outselling the Camaro,I think the chevy outsells the stang so much because theres a bunch of kids out there that think it's also an autobot.
