I can't seem to locate any info in my owners manual on when to change out the manual trans fluid on my 2013 GT? Can someone tell me what is the recommended millage for a change of fluid?

 

right around the 50000 km / 30000 mile mark

but if u have the problem i had where 1st to 2nd grinds in cold temp, theres a free fix where they simply change the viscosity and solves the problem

As per your owner’s manual 3rd printing on page 315 it states:
Every 150000 miles
(240000 km)
Change automatic transmission fluid and filter.
Change manual transmission fluid.
Replace accessory drive belt(s) if not replaced
within the last 100000 miles (160000 km).

I recommend you speak to your dealer about this to ensure it matches with your driving habits.
