The window defroster's been moved to the door. The speaker's been moved up, right under the handle now. The steering wheel is the same, with the exception of the center. No audio controls.

The chrome gauge bezel looks different. A bit more swept back, and more chrome on the inside. And that radio, does anyone know if its on a current model? Hopefully the new Mustang will get the all-in-one Fusion key.

Defoggers on the door now instead of the upper dash.
No more dual stalks...Just on left hand side like Fusion...

That stereo has a touchscreen and it looks like it says shaker under it but it doesn't look like the standard nav unit

I wonder how much if anything will be able to be retrofitted from the '09 to the 05-08?

Looking good so far, really like the steering wheel - seems they kep the best elements of the '05 design and improved on them.

Evolutionary, not revolutionary...as expected.

Door pulls look polished...instead of satin. Could be the light, but I don't think so.

Looks the same as my 2005. I am going to miss the dual stalks. I wonder why Ford went back to a single stalk.

IMO, they could have thinned the steering wheel spokes a little bit.

I'd gladly settle for a rattle. Mine sqeaks so badly (esp. in cold weather) it sounds like a family of mice live inside it.

It will be interesting to see if the current '67/'68-inspired dash evolves into a '69/'70 look. That kinda looks like what is happening around the air vents on the center stack.

I personally like the current dash as is, although I would prefer that the current center stack and console have a more retro look in keeping with the rest of the dash.

Hmmm, looks the same, I was really hoping they'd change the hard to read, 60's era gauges, it's one thing to have retro styling cues, but I don't need to feel like I'm driving a sixties car when trying to read the gauges, I hope the new interior is much improved over the cheap plasticky one in use now..

I was not happy at all to see the dual stalks in the 05 and so glad they are switching back to the way the car had been from 1964-2004.
