Mods today...oh wow!
I'm willing to bet that it's possible to mod a GT to the point that it will not only beat your car around the track, it will cost less to do so and might even remain under warranty. I'm sorry you seem to have some difficulty grasping the rather simple points I've made; perhaps with a more careful reading, you'll understand that you're almost certainly wrong about this. Cheers.

See Bucko...this is what happens
It never fails.
Bottom line some people just want to mod their cars. For us Mustangs enthusiast we have two choices:
1. Pay 30K for GT + mod
2. Pay 23K for V6 + mod
He choose option number 2 and he likes it, end of story.

Now quite playing the victim and let see some pics of the mods
It started with GT owners questioning the point of modding a V6 vs buying a GT. I own a GT and that line of thinking gets tiresome even for me. It just isn't necessary and doesn't add anything worthwhile to the thread.
Point is, you love your car...period, and none of us can take that away. Congrats on the mods. Don't mind the other comments.
I agree Thomas.
Thanks both FromZto5 and Thomas. And exactly, there is a lot of subjectiveness and we all have our own plans with our cars and there's no need to criticize each other for the direction that is chose!
You don't understand the purposes of mods. Fair enough. Not everybody has fun with their car or understands what is needed to have a good track car whether it's a v8 or a v6.
