Magnaflow 3 inch comp with lowering springs

Anyone have lowering springs with the magnaflow 3 inch catback exhaust? I have it and it is DANGEROUSLY close to the rear axle....like a half inch. They tell me this is normal but it is already starting to rub a slight bit. Evolution Performance says that is to be expected with the lowered car with new exhaust. Anyone have any experience?

I have Steeda Ultralite springs installed, 1.2" drop i believe

I'll be installing a Stainless Works 3" catback installed soon. I'll let you know when I get around to installing it
