Well had you replace most of the stripes on my car due to weather damaging them. Had a random idea to do a pinstripe on it to accent the matte black stripe. Got the pin strip on ebay for like 10$ for a 150ft roll...so not like it was going to set me back much and if it didn't turn out with, off it comes.

Before.

now.

Hmm, maybe if the pin striping were on both sides of the stripes..... I don't think it looks bad, just incomplete.

Love the idea, I'd also put either one down the center or one on each inside of the stripe

I actually did a quick photoshop of the first picture to see what it would look like with the pins down the middle as well and it seemed, very busy for some reason. I could always do it since i have a lot left over.

I like it. Gives it some color and contrast.

I like it a lot, would be curious to see what bordering pins between the stripes would look like, but I could also imagine that being too busy. Your car is looking mean Brah, hope I figuratively run into you one of these days. Are you signed up for Mustang Alley?

I like it as is.. Refer to the Roush stripes. They don't pinstripe both sides for simplicity.

Painted mirror covers next!

I like it. I also like how you only did the outside edge. I get it and understand those who think it should be on all edges to. I think it works both ways. Looks very "Foose" to me.

I like it too but agree that the inside pin stripes would look a little cleaner. JMHO

Guess its hit or miss as far as people liking it, i might try the inside lines as well. But from the quick render i did it just seemed like a bit much.

as far as mustang alley.. im not and it looks like its full up from what i can tell from the website?

I like what you did and i'm actually thinking about doing the same thing on my SG 2014 v6 except with like a ruby red stripe instead of a bright green one. did you use actual photoshop get an initial idea or some sort of more crude 'drawing' program. I want to see what mine would look like before i invest the money but don't know how to get a visual of it

i used photoshop, it was crude but it gave me an idea of what it would look like and what i made in photoshop turned out to look pretty close to real life.
