Low Mileage Maintenance

Low Mileage Maintenance
Hi All,
I have a 2013 GT with currently 25k miles. It's a "weekend pleasure car" and gets 2-3k miles a year during the warm months and I store it for 4-5 months in the winters. For the winter storage I try to run the tank near empty then fuel up with fresh fuel + fuel stabilizer and use a battery tender.
I have done oil/filter changes, new tires and it's had some warranty/recall work (cam sensor, engine mount, air bags) but otherwise I have not done any maintenance. I do visually inspect brakes/fluids/belts as well as watching for rust and other deterioration (luckily I live in an arid climate so no rust) and other things for obvious issues and everything looks fine even though it's all almost 11 years old now. The Ford maintenance schedules I have found speak only about mileage not time intervals.
Despite the low mileage I don't really know what else I should have done or should do going forward. Any body out there have experience or recommendations on what might be a good idea? I'm wondering about brake fluid, coolant, transmission fluid, gear oil, belts, fuel filter and other possible trouble spots.
Thanks.

The attached thread link below may provide some answers in regards to both mileage and age of the vehicle when concerning maintenance... This thread was also just recently submitted as well... In addition, you may also want to consider searching the sub-forums by selecting the search function menu located above on the home page... When the drop-down list displays, type the topic in the search box window that you are interested in and you'll then come across a listing of thread submissions directly related to low milage maintenance...Meanwhile, here's the thread link attachment below...
