Did you go with the hood/side stripes? Seems like I can see the side stripe in one shot, but I'm curious how it worked with the scoop. Can you get a shot of that?

I've heard tint on the fog lights eventually develops cracks. Probably because the fight light lenses aren't very rigid. Let us know if you have any issues down the road.

Wait a minute, are those the "side and hood" stripes from the factory for $395?
If so, I didn't see that they have "MUSTANG" cut out in them. That kind of sucks to me and I ordered the stripes on my Sterling Grey car (like in the Mustang commercial).
And your hood doesn't look like it seems on the website that goes around the hood bulge.
No offense, but I don't like how it's on your car hood and again it doesn't look like that on the website.

I contacted my sales rep and he said my car is scheduled for build next week and that it was too late to make changes.
He said if I didn't like the side stripes with the "MUSTANG" cut out they can "easily" remove the side stripes.
That makes me nervous though as I feel it may hurt the paint or clearcoat.
He said they are "easy" to remove and won't hurt the paint at all.
The thing is I still have to pay $395 for them regardless if I have them removed and that pisses me off that Ford would not show this on the website. There should be clear pictures of the MUSTANG cut outs or at least a description of the side and hood stripes that states there is the MUSTANG cut out in the side stripes.
I told him if in the process of removing the side stripes the paint is damaged or scratched or whatever in any way I'm not buying the car. So I hope it truly is just a "heat up and remove" easy process like he claimed. But I'm going to look at it in person first. I have always just hated having decals with the name of the car or car company on the car itself. It's redundant and a bit stupid to me. I usually debadge every car I buy.
