Looking for a little wheel advice
After drooling over a new 5.0 for over a year, I finally managed to make a move on a beautiful Candy Red coupe. Just my luck after having her about a month, I managed to curb rash both rims on the passenger side
It's not horrible damage but the over-picky side of me would like to see it fixed. The question is how..... The originals are way too expensive thru the dealership (600+) to want to go that route and I don't have as much to throw at this as I'd like. I was thinking of going with these http://www.fordracingpartsdirect.com...7-dc199lgb.htm maybe front and rear and just swapping the new tires and sensors over.
Any suggestions?

You could go with those. It's a good looking wheel. My only concern with those is that they're 19x9's. Don't have as big of a range of tire options as going with 19x9.5's. I'd look into the RTR wheels. Better looking in my opinion and have the extra half inch. Cost is about the same. Check out Late Model Restoration.

I love the look of the RTR's but at 9.5, I'd also have to replace all the rubber. I also would like to stagger the look but how wide could you go up front without rubbing? And how wide in the rear? Ford Racing has a similar style for 500 a pop in 19x9 and 19x10.
I've been looking online, ebay etc... and thought I found a pair of winners. The premium nickel/aluminum wheels have a different finish so I got to ship those back. I have seen a couple take offs, but they were pretty spendy as well and seem to sell pretty quick.

The Ford Racing wheels is also another option. You could do 265's up front and up to 315's in the rear but they'd stick out a little bit due to the 10" size.
