I'm after a certain look and then perhaps...

next year...
maybe...

an aluminator and a whipple. it's a potential idea, but not a probability.

At the end of the day, i still smile and sneak a peak at her in the driveway so i'm doing something right. No regrets.
Darren congrats buddy! Although, wasn't it you who was debating putting a snake emblem on the front grille but then decided against after we all chimed in and said don't do it? Can't remember if it was you or Shiaz or someone else. All I know is it was a DIB pony with a 13/14 nose, with a Shelby front grille.

But good call, don't do it.

Congrats on the find, and keep us posted on updates.

Baer and Wilwood want crazy bucks. Brembo isn't cheap either though.
I'm getting wilwoods for my car since not very many fellow mustangers have them. Baer big brake kits however, are way more expensive.

I have been window shopping for bbk's for sometime. For my application, the cost of the brembo kit made the most sense for me. I was thinking of wilwood too, but couldn't beat the deal i found on the brembo kit.

How difficult is it to replace pads in the 6 pot front calipers? The 4 piston calipers are a breeze, 2 pins to hammer out and the pads slide right out. Is it similar with the 6 piston setup?

Any info on where you got the brakes from? Might pick up some if the price is actually that low?

I said i'm not EQUIPPED to do the work. I have done brakes before but my current residence isn't set up for it. No garage or jack or even a level floor. Regardless, i am having the gears replaced the same day. My shop is a certified ford racing shop and they are doing the work. Piece of mind for me too.

Yeah,....if I was building a car or Mustang,.....no question, I would get Wilwood or Baer. Either one is a great choice! Brembo do make great brakes too though. I've thought about it when I have to replace the stock brakes on the Roush, but I think I'll keep that car all stock. (I say that now,.....lol) If I bought a 2016 Mustang GT with PP,...it would get the best of the best.

I agree Tom. His car is very well taken care of. And it shows. It's always looking good.

I met with the architect today and we are going with max width and height to allow for my size of vehicle LOL

This is all that matters. Race Deck flooring, recessed lighting, center floor drain for indoor detailing, a bed, refigerator, a/c, sound system and flat screen TV....can't think of much else.
