Sounds pretty good man. Quieter than I would have thought. I'd love to hear it on the street/inside the cabin, if you're up for making another vid!

I saw this video many months ago. Well before the 2011's were being sold. I think its a 2010 V-6.

The Video says 4.0L V-6. Its not a sound clip of a 2011 V-6.

Rustang thats mean allthough I agree on that ford should have painted the **** axle I need to hit it with some krylon flat black asap. This is not a 2010 4.0 this is the 2011 3.7 with the exhaust pictured above!
My 2010 vid was a black 4.0 David so don't go saying what you think without knowing first and misleading people. If you looked close at the x pipe and the resonators after the cats not to mention the shape of the cats or if you even looked under your own 2011 mustang exhaust you would see that it is indeed a 2011 without a doubt!
As for more vids i may try to do an in cabin vid and a takeoff accel vid soon

I painted my rear end two weeks after got it.

My computer must be messed up because the video i keep on seeing was taken (by the fall leaves on the ground) on around November of 2009.

I'll back up that it's definitely a 2011 just by the sound. When revving at high RPM it has that "Z" sound (ref 0:20).

You cut a lot of weight from the rear of your Mustang. Did you notice any performance gains with the new exhaust?

Are you going to keep this setup for a while? If so, I'd hit the rest of the pipes with high-temp flat black paint.

Ok as for weight yes the new muffler weighs a lot less than just one of the stock mufflers, for perf gains seat of the pants tells me I maybe picked up a few hp but nothing that would make a difference on a quarter mile run. As for keeping it yes I actually plan on keeping the whole car as is other than painting the brake calipers with the g2 system I allready have in red hitting the exhaust&rear diff&maybe axles with some flat black, adding the rtr side diffuser splitters when they become available and maybe a no tune full intake system but most likely just a drop in K&N thats it scouts honor. Gear change FI long tube headers etc will have to wait until I either pay it off or get closer to paying it off in 34 months
