I know this isn't really an answer to the exact question you're asking, but . . . if I were making that drive, I'd go a little bit out of my way to drive at least part of the Natchez Trace Parkway in Tennessee. And the Cherohala Skyway, also in Tennessee and the Blue Ridge Parkway in Virginia.

Thanks for the heads up, but I don't have that time, my contract is ending in tx on 06/15 and new one is starting on 06/18, so I have to be there by 06/17

Shouldn't need to change any of them but definitely want to CHECK to make sure all fluids are at their correct levels. Nothing worse than going down a mountain and the brakes aren't working.

Have a map, and enjoy the trip. Back in my college days I did the road trip between MI & WA several times... always wished I wasn't in such a hurry back then.

Enjoy the ride. If you don't have Sirius, then make sure the CD's or other tunes media is up to date with your favorite music.

Enjoy, and wishes for a safe and enjoyable ride.

Sai, if the dealer did your oil change he probably checked all the fluid levels, belts, etc. I would call to make sure it was done. If so, your good to go. I'm like you, I want everything fresh when I leave for a long road trip. Even if the oil doesn't need changing, I take mine in for a multi-point inspection. Enjoy your trip, and don't forget to stop and smell the roses along the way.

Will take the car to the dealer and have them inspect everything one more time

Thanks

Get plenty of rest before starting your trip. Feeling sleepy? pull over or let someone else drive. Go easy on the fast greasy food, and starchy fries.
