I know this is not a new topic per say, but has anyone tried the manual or motorized flip license plate brackets on there 2011s?

This one seems to be more popular and designed to fit. I don't think its as convenient if you want to remove the front plate often.

The car looks much better without that front plate, but unfortunately I live in a state that requires
it.

 

Can't say I've done it on a '10+, but I've done the manual version from AM on two '06s. Great product and it works extremely well. Pics in the links in my sig.

 

The motorized one looks very cool. Very early James-Bond-like.

Back when stereo theft was an issue, I put a Blitz safe on my Porsche to hide / protect my Blaupunkt. It sucked the stereo into the dash and hid it w/ a metal / plastic plate.
