My car shows produced on June 14. What does that mean? Its a GT500, so does that mean is has the over stripes on it already? I called CS yesterday and they gave me an ETA of July 10, how in the heck can it take that long for a car to leave the plant and go 3 hours North?

When I ordered my Dodge R/T it was in my driveway 3 weeks from the day I ordered it, this car is taking Ford that long just to ship it.

The stripes are done after the fact and add time to the delivery. So, they release it from the plant, send it across the street to wait in line for stripes, then put it on a railcar (or truck) to ship to your dealership.

Should the dealer be able to tell me when it goes for stripes and what not? When I called CS yesterday they told me the last update was June 14 and it said produced? I'm going on vacation and would really like to be here when it comes in, but it looks like these ETA dates don't mean much right now.

I'm pretty sure produced means done, bro.
