I am at work today and its relatively cold, when one of the guys yells "look at that mustang!" I jumped up immediately thinking that it was going to be what I was hoping for.
IT WAS!
Grabber blue coupe the red striped one. The seats had twin red stripes embroidered. 19" twinspar wheels with very wide tires.
The taillights were completely uncovered. Looked like candy stripes.
Didnt sound like a GT500, although I have not listened to many at all. Definitely more sinister sounding.
It had Navigation. Suede inserts on the steering wheel. The interior dash was pure aluminum with a slight indented pattern. Like somone drilling, but not going all the way through. Center console looked high. This car didnt have the interior, just hard plastic pieces. Did have the soft touch IP.
He told me the GTs will have the Track PaK INSTALLED. 3.73

How did you see all of that?! Was it stopped or did you slow time down and walk up to it? LOL

 

Are you telling me this car was completely uncamoed??? And the guy stopped and talked to you about it???? And opened up the doors, too?????

 

I work at the only Ford store in town. 250 miles north of Detroit. It still had camo, but I ran outside as he rolled around back and then he came up and stopped in front of us so we could talk to him. Yes, I touched the hips and the interior. Everything!

 

first thing he asked was if there was any cameras around.

 

surely there are security cameras there covering the lot and back areas ... right?
could make for a nice video post ... should you happen to somehow find yourself with a copy of the one covering the car when it came it.
you know, a backup in case the original tape was somehow misplaced or erased, perfectly acceptable reason to make a copy, and post it on line so you will have lots of witnesses in case something happened.

 

Whe he left the drive, he hit the rev limiter shifting into second and third and fourth! Doing well past the posted speed limit out front.

Grabber Blue and Red has to be one of the ugliest colour combinations I have seen.

 

Why would the GT's have the Trak Pak installed? That sort of defeats the purpose of Trak Pak option- don't you think?

That car is hideous... Grabber blue in general is just way to juvenile for my tastes. Give me Dark Shadow Grey with Black stripes and I'm happy.
