If thats a joke. I dont find that funny at all.

So the rough idle TSB thats out there for the idle concerns on STOCK CARS and still exists after the CAI and tune is us using our customers as R & D guinea pigs???

Its an issue for some cars. One not caused by us, but one we were willing to try and address after customers called us with their concerns.

You need feedback from your customers to improve your product. If using a customer for R&D means getting feedback from them then trying to improve your product based on that feedback then I'll wear that badge with honor.

This was not directed at you. There are some issues with some of these tunes. Im not saying it is from Steeda. But us who wait benefit from getting a tune that all the bugs are worked out.

As soon as my car comes in, I'll be on my way to Gus and Steeda to get my CAI + Tune... no question about it, Gus at Steeda is phenomenal and delivers an unsurpassed customer service, who always answers my many questions in a timely and friendly way.

I wish all service related businesses would take Gus as an example!

Gus, if you see an e-mail from Steeda Canada asking for a software and skip shift update on a 2011GT that'll be me. My dealership ( Ford 440 here in Laval, Qc), and buddy friend Gianni has to go through them to get the update. Wish i could deal directly with you. We've spoken once and had great service from you. Something you don't see much nowadays.

Here's some + feedback!!
After my Steeda CAI and tune, installed at Steeda, my 5.0 (auto) is running fantastic- shifting much better- and idles smooth as silk (although it was smooth before the tune).I also had Steeda Sport Springs and P/H bar done at the same time.
They did an excellent, professional job on my car.

My SCT Tune from Evolution Performance has 'everything' pre-set. I just plug it in and follow the instructions on the SCT screen.

Kudos to Gus on the customer support from Steeda. He was very patient with me getting my new No skip shift tune up and running. The Tune is awesome...Even the Basanni's sound better...

I think the first time was in a godzilla movie. I think the time after that was a husky couple in the hotel room next to mine in vegas.

Another update, I finally got the new tune installed after having to wait for the long weekend for sct to open because of an issue I had get my tuner updated. I can say the tune has made the idle noticeably smoother. The car is a beast, I'm very pleased with both the tune intake combo as well as the service provided by Steeda. Even the folks at SCT were very helpful. I'm really liking the mustang community so far with the tuners, vendors, and just regular folks who love these cars.
