Interesting 2011 GT video

Long vid in two parts. Talks about skip-shift, compares 2011 and 2010, etc.

Says the skip-shift can be over-ridden if you push the shifter hard enough.

Exhaust sure does sound good to me when the throttle is open.

Someone with a manual tranny needs to try out the deal about pushing the stick through the skip-shift like this guy has described. Would alleave all the trepidations people seem to have about it.

i've had skip shift hit me many times. even with 3.73's
its not annoying.. its not clunky. 95% of the time i dont even realize it happen until after the fact and the revs are in the basement.. by no means is the car lacking in power at that point either.. i thought i was going to hate it.. honestly rev first past 20 mph, revs in the 3.5k range it will never skip you..

i dont know why everyone is making a big issue out of this feature..

As soon as I get my GT, I'll be doing just that... unless a tune is released that bypasses skip-shift.
