Train, I don't know which part of the country you're in, but Jeff (05fordgt) is in PA, and Five Oh Brian is in the NW. Both these guys are awesome and will give you a very good price, will take a REFUNDABLE deposit, and keep their word on pricing. As was mentioned before, Jeff can have the car drop shipped to your local dealer (not sure if that costs a little more or not).

There is another dealer (Van Bortel) in Rochester NY which doesn't have a salesman who posts here, but who is taking orders under invoice for 2011's.

See Brian's pricing here:
Jeff's here:

Apple Ford in Maryland has had some really killer deals on the '10's for a long time too. Don't know what their prices on the '11's will be though.

Thanks to everyone for the great advice. I've already emailed Jeff a couple of times and may just order straight from him. Seems like everyone is saying he's 100% trustworthy.

Thanks, EVERYONE!!!

Most states, if not all, have laws regarding deposits. It is generally illegal to state a deposit is non refundable on an auto.

Good to know. Too bad so many dealers insist on it anyway.

You can have them shut down if you actually put down a desposit and they did not return it.

Hey Train, Its Jeff. I'm sorry for the delay. I sent back an email. I was out of work for 2 days while being in the hospital for a colonoscopy. I'll be back tomorrow and will price out the car you want and if you want, we can chat on the phone and discuss things like shipping and such. I'll be happy to help. Thanks for the emails and I'll be in touch.

And everyone in this thread, THANK YOU SO MUCH for the kind words.
