I ordered a 2013 V6 Gota Have It Green with the MCA package but the ¼ window louvers or the side scoops were not available on the MCA package.

However, on the Ford website it allows you to order these options. Adding the ¼ window louvers or the side scoops does not add or delete anything to the MCA package.

Why are the louvers and the side scoops not available as a factory option?

I do not have a build date can they still be added to my order?

Sometimes things like that are dealer add-ons. See if your dealer can get them & put them on for you.

You could just add them yourself. Many people add them after getting their cars.

 

I had the same issue when building my car. When doing the over the top stripe for example removes the side stripes. When you order a premium you get the body color mirrors but add the performance package it removes them. I believe because you are getting the MCA it removes that option. I am having my dealer pay and install them. its the least they can do since this is the third vehicle from them I have purchased and I travel out of my way to them when I have a dealer down the block from me I don't use. Bottom line have the dealer get them for you.
