I just completed my HP mods & Engine Bay mods... I think

Picked up the car Friday, I had a set of Kooks 1-7/8" x 3" longtube headers with 3" x 2-3/4" Catted H pipe installed along with a 79mm SC pulley and the Metco idler pulley kit (100mm upper idler / 90mm lower idler) then tuned for the new setup. I asked the shop to try to keep the HP between 610 to 620 and it dyno’ed at 616.69 HP. The tuner said there’s more there but I’m now where I want to be as far as HP. The shops dyno was having issues with the torque readings so they said as soon as they fix it I can come back and get another pull to get the torque but I’m estimating around 530.
As far as sound goes, for me the headers have made it to the perfect sound for my taste. Not obnoxiously loud but sounds like an angry beast when you want it to. Of course when you first start it up cold it's a bit much (sorry neighbors at 6:30 am LOL).

Also completed my engine bay - aluminum radiator coolant tank, aluminum SC coolant tank, JLT custom radiator cover & had my battery & master cylinder cover painted black (UA).

So 2 years and 9 months after purchasing the car I believe I am done with all major mods but we’ll see LOL

Do it, you will not regret it.
Congrats on the anniversary, let's just say I've have had more than one marriage and none of them lasted even close to that, sounds like you got a good one!

Ohhhhhh..... that makes more sense LOL, I was thinking "boy this guy must be 68 ~ 70 years old". My 2nd marriage didn't last much more than the first one and the 3rd and absolutely last one was even shorter LOL!
I was little hazy when I posted. Let me change this to happy 50th birthday!

Car sounds great. Impressive power and looks great.

On the topic of the wives, mine follows the don't ask don't tell policy regarding my car addiction. It works.

Nice HP and the bay looks great. I'd love to up my HP, but I live in the Republic of Kalifornia, and all their smog laws.

I always had a don’t tell policy and they always had a always ask policy, just one of the many things that made me a bad spouse and made them a pain in the #@^ LOL

Yes California is rough when it comes to moding cars but I’m out there often for work and see some nice vehicles but I guess there’s a limit to what you can get away with. I have to pass a state inspection but all they do is read the OBD, no visual (or at least not the place I took it to) so it’s not to bad.
I think Edlebrock makes a great SC, I looked into those when I was deciding, definitely a great warranty.
