I have a 2012 GT premium manual with 10,000 miles. I like the look of the 2013 mustang gt and would like to know how much you think my car is worth if i trade it in to the dealer.

I got 25k for my2011 base gt a6 toward a 2013 base gt a6. My car had 12k on it.

 

The actual selling price of a low optioned 13 Premium is probably low 30's.....I can't imagine you getting anymore than $25 trade-in for yours....

 

$24k, unfortunately for mustangs trade-in values start dropping fast this time of year with winter approaching, you may actually get more for it in Mar/Apr and by then the incentives on 13's will be more also

 

That's probably just what they told you they were giving you for it.

 

just make sure you lock in a purchase price of new vehicle and interest rate if financing before you even mention or mumble a trade in..but Im sure you know that. Cause it wouldnt mean Jack! on what trade in value is otherwise

Hold onto it until spring. Use KBB and NADA, along with Edmunds True Cost To Own and figure out a rough figure. Chances are, even if your car is in good shape, they'll offer you the rough condition value for it. Shop around.

 

Didn't you get into an accident recently with the car???

Not trying to call you out but have you checked your carfax? Your car may already be marked and therefore valued less if you went through insurance for the repair.
