if you're pulled over for your taillights, that in this case happen to be stock & legal, even if you just robbed a bank, on crack, w/ a fully automatic assault riffle, you're good.. anything after the illegal stop won't be admissible
lol let try it

I'd tint the reflectors to match the tail lights.

Nobody they are from the factory and meet the req of being visable to 500ft on a clear day. Its the tail light covers that give people a problem because it covers up the back up lights,,thats the difference

cinque, your so funny.

Don't worry to much about being pulled for tinted lights. Most Cops are gearheads, and are way ahead of whats going on in the industry. If on the off chance you do get pulled, respectfully let the Officer know the vehicle is stock. If they insist on writing a ticket, smile, be nice, and take it to court. No need in being locked up for being a smart-a$$, which in itself is not a violation of the law. But, resisting arrest will get you to the crossbar condominiums. It may not stick, but you'll spend time in a place you will not like.

I couldn't take it to court, it would be cheaper just to pay the ticket.

This.

The amount of money I would lose taking time off work would be more than what it would cost to just pay the ticket.

I do understand. It's the loss of money from work that's a killer. Plus, bosses these days are less than understanding when your out of work. Unless your lucky to have a good one, which are few and far between.

I still don't think we'll have anything to worry about.

Seriously? These things are going to be bright if left stock, I don't think you're going to have trouble. Sounds like a lot of paranoia to me. No need to worry fellas.

I don't think anyone is going to have a problem showing the police that they're factory, right on the spot and not get a ticket. It might just be a pain in the butt to get pulled over (time consuming)
