there are a lot of good female drivers. my g/f is not one of them. after curbing a wheel and scraping the bottom of my cs front, she is permanently banned.

I let mine drive it ONCE, and she didn't like how heavy the clutch was or how much effort the shifter needed to go into gears.
Since then, I've recently removed the "helper" spring from the clutch pedal, so I assume she'd HATE the clutch now
All of the above is in comparison to the feather-weight clutch/shifter in her '12 Fiesta ... lol

My wife drove my mustang once last summer - she learned on a manual, took her test on a manual, but gets all nervous driving my stang..... dunno why but whatever makes her happy. When we go anywhere we drive her car (and she drives). Only time she's in my car is when hers is getting serviced (like today), and I asked her coming home from costco - wanna drive? she said no.
Funny thing is, she wants a car with more power (she has a nissan rogue - nice car, 180ish? hp 4 banger). I know she likes the mustang, she just wants an auto... I told her there is NO way I'll buy a auto mustang (no offense to anybody who has one, I just don't want one), she said *sigh* - ok... She's actually a great driver, only dings on her car are from others (she parks up close *gasp*)... no wheel rash, etc.
I am fine with her driving it, I'm not fine with her driving it nervous. And she refuses to practice....
I have almost 11,000 miles on it now, she's driver 12 of them. I miss those 12 miles badly :P

My wife has yet to drive my Cali. However, she did drive my 03 Cobra once and i never let her drive it again. She says i intimedate her when i'm riding with her and she drives my Stangs.

My wife prefers trucks because she's higher up off the pavement. I almost had her convinced to drive it, and then she went out and got herself a new Explorer. She has no real interest in my car.

My wife handles mine just fine. She has surprised a few guys at a light when they push her a bit. Kinda funny to see their expression when she leaves them sitting. Now I suppose I will have to look for a girlfriend to have the right answer for this post. Hey Honey....I will be right back.........that should work lol.

I work out of town and my wife drove the car for the first 5 months. I came home and saw that the car had not been cleaned in 2 weeks. The tires were **** near brown and she Earned herself a brand new Tacoma that day . She is forever banned from the stang and only gets to drive it in emergency situations
