How long do you plan to keep your Mustang for?
Until someone makes the right offer....I decide I want something different....or I get a wild hair and trade it off....who knows. I am 62+ years old and have had over 70 vehicles.
I usually swap cars every 2 years- but then I usually buy something that is 2 years old for about half its sticker to stick someone else with the depreciation.
This time, I wanted new- so I checked pretty much every box on a '14 GT... with a promise to the wife that I'll keep it at least 4 years (at which point I'll get slaughtered on the depreciation). Hopefully someone is being gentle with my future used Jaguar F-Type.

I plan on keeping mine for a very long time unless it turns into a POS. I tend to keep vehicles for a very long time. I still have the last new vehicle I bought before the mustang, a 1998 Chevy ext-cab Z71 with 125,000 miles on it. I still have the second vehicle I ever bought, a 1970 Monte Carlo bought in 1987. My 1998 Chevy 1 ton 4x4 was bought used in 2007 and now has 106,000 miles on it and my daily driver 1992 Cavalier was bought in 2006 and now has 188,000 miles on it.
I can retire in less than three years and will be mandantoried out in eleven years at age 57. This 2014 Mustang will probably be my last new vehicle unless some unforeseen event happens to it.

Back in 1986 people said the same thing about my 72 Olds 442. If I had kept it I could sell it for an easy $60k-$80k today.
Yeah, I bet you had to build that 66 T/A from the ground up, because Pontiac didn't make a Firebird until 1967 and didn't introduce the Trans Am Performance Package until 1969 and didn't have an official model named the Tans Am until 1970. You'll never find a real pre-1969 Firebird with the words Trans Am anywhere on it.

I have about 7-8k in audio invested and I am too lazy to remove it until I have to. I am however tired of the car and would like to get something that features more cargo and 2 more doors.
I expect to keep it for no more than 6 months.
I am about to get married and she doesnt know how to drive a standard(or an automatic if you have seen her drive)
so I am thinking a used escalade or Denali or yukon
but will probably but something new like a kia or focus

Im gonna check out the 15 5.0 with whatever track options are available at that time. If I'm pleased I'll probably wait to buy a 16 or 17 GT. Let em work all the bugs out of the new platform. I can wait, I'm having way to much fun with my 13 right now especially after the tune.
Your one of the half dozen I have an eye and ear on! If yours is purchased by me, I'll also operate the windshield washers for a minute or two! Still liking those GT500 exhausts....I have over 48K on them, and the note they make is still sweet. Should I place my order as to what mods you do next on my...uh, I mean your Mustang?
Yep. Remember what the late great Carroll Shelby said:"These cars are meant to be driven", so enjoy the hell out of all of it - not just the look of it when it is all clean"

I gave my title to my son the other day and told him, here when I die forge my name on it, then post date it a few days prior to my death and put in the name of the person you want to get the car.
I'm keeping mine until I run out of room or it starts costing me more money than it's worth. A couple more years and I'll have a Flex for hauling kids and daily driving, at which point I can stop putting 15-20k miles a year on Lucy!
My Mopar product has 200,700 miles on it over the last 14 years and still going strong. I am expecting at least that much out of my Mustang. So yeah.........14 plus years. She is my first Mustang so I don't intend to sell her.
