curious what exhaust is on it. Sounds similar to my Borla S-Types.

Thank you, I'm glad I'm not the only who thought that! Seriously, the sound as he releases the throttle to change gear is wonderful. If he was double de-clutching, it would sound JUST like Lt Frank Bullitt's GT390

Borla S-Types are certainly my favourite exhaust on an S197 5.0 and I've spent far too much time on YouTube listening to them

However, according to MustangsDaily, this thing is running:

  • Ford Racing Performance Parts
    • 624 HP Supercharger M-6066-MGT624D
    • Mustang GT Side Exhaust M-5220-3VMB
  • Magnaflow GT500 Cat-back Exhaust 15173
  • Pypes Long Tube Headers HDR76SK-1

Sounds decent, but those aren't borla sounding at all. It'd sound REALLY good if it were . Borla S catback ftw

Sounds great. I found what they are running. Pypes long tube headers, Ford Racing side exhaust, and Magnaflow Quad tip GT500 cat back exhaust.

I have the GT side exhaust (Boss type) from Ford and they sound great, nice snap crackle when you come off the power and the sides open wide.

I just picked up a used set of these I found on craigslist. Even with the stock axlebacks they do sound nice.
