How Do You Remove White Spots On Plastic Trim Caused By Waxing?

How does one remove the white areas on the exterior plastic trim (e.g. the black sill below the driver and passenger doors)? I don't intentionally wax the plastic trim, but while waxing the car, I must have accidentally had the wax touch a few areas, and over time, these areas turn white. Any tips on plastic conditioners / what I can do to restore the plastic? Thanks!

All purpose cleaner and a stiff brush. Mr. Clean magic eraser is supposed to work too.

I'm not letting a brush get anywhere near my car! OK except the tires.

I love that stuff. I even use it for removing bugs and it's also very cheap.

"Back to black" from Mothers does wonders. I swear by this stuff for plastic moldings, and their are a lot of those on our cars.

What happens in the garage, stays in the garage. Right?

... Wait, where's the dog?

Yeah, that's one thing I hate about waxing, is the white crap that gets in all the little cracks and on the trim.

Stock up while it's still affordable, i heard prices will be going up 30-40 % because of the severe drought . Run to your nearest Costco people.
